Player Data Policy

The information we collect in-game is called IGNs(in-game nicknames) that are created by players.

IGNs are displayed in leaderboards, and if a user wishes to remove their partial or entire records, please follow the steps below.

1. Send an email to 'support@devxgames.freshdesk.com'
(Please make sure that you specify your 'IGN' correctly)

2. Or, you will find a 'Submit a ticket' button on the top of this page.

3. The removal will be completed within 5 business days after confirmation by a customer service staff.
